Store Policies

Once an item is picked up or delivered, it's considered sold
Used or custom items cannot be returned for any reason.
After purchase all sales are final: no exceptions.
Seller accepts NO responsibility after the item (s) leave our warehouse.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any equipment purchased from us is installed and operated in a proper and safe manner.
Buyer also acknowledges that it may have to install or change guards, safeties, warnings or other components to ensure that the machine will conform to all laws, regulations, ordinances, codes and industry standards.

Glossary
When an item is sold "AS-IS": That means we are selling it in the exact condition that we received it in from the previous owner.
It may or may no have all parts and it may or may no run. We will let you know IF we know of any missing parts or anything else we are aware of.
When an item is sold "Cleaned & Shop Tested": That means we take the equipment we receive and do a minimum amount of work to make sure it runs. That it cools to the required temp. It does not mean that it wont need to have service or maintenance, work done to it. we will clean it the equipment inside and out.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to

Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the size of most items we do not arrange shipping.
Most items are local Pick-Up
If you do plan on making arrangements to have an item shipped after purchase please call us first so that we can discuss crate fee's (Crate fee's are $75.00 - $150.00.)
